Your 2:30 just cancelled.
Your newest patient is already on the way.
DentistTomorrow turns last-minute openings into kept, net-new patients — and bills for nothing else. This briefing covers the business, what waitlist practices receive from day one, and the founding blocks held by the practices whose chairs prove it — the first block is already taken.
- Nothing to install
- Billed only for kept, net-new patients
- Onboarding, go-live & training waived on the waitlist

Three steps. Only one of them is yours.
Your front desk posts the opening. We handle the matching, the texting, and the confirmation. You meet a new patient.
Post the opening from the device you already have
Date, time, provider, how long the chair is open, and what kind of appointment fits. Add a note if it helps — free parking, use the side entrance. Tap submit, and we take it from there.
- Any tablet, phone, or computer — nothing to install
- Works alongside your practice software; no integration needed to start
- High-value openings like crown prep and Invisalign consults are prioritized in matching
- Post same-day, or days ahead — proactive openings start notifying 48 hours out
We match the opening and text the right patients
Patients near you have already told us where they're coming from, when they can come, what they need, and what insurance they carry. We match on all four — then text the best fits a few at a time, never a blast.
- Patients see the time, appointment type, neighborhood, and insurance fit — your practice name is shared once they claim it
- First to claim it gets your details, directions, and intake forms
- No app for patients to download — everything happens over text and mobile web

Thursday at 2:30 PM. Your practice details, directions, and intake forms are on their way by text and email.
A confirmed new patient, with the details already in hand
You get a confirmed booking with the patient's name, mobile, reason for visit, insurance, and any notes — before they walk in. No phone tag, no call-down list.
And because they got in this week instead of next quarter, they arrive already grateful. That's a very different first visit — the kind that starts a long relationship.

Prefers early afternoons. Some dental anxiety — appreciates a heads-up before each step.
DentistTomorrow is watching for openings that match your schedule. We'll reach out the moment something opens up.
Meet the person who claims your 2:30.
Every patient in the pool has already filled out a two-minute profile on their phone — no app, no password — and asked to be texted when something opens up near them.

Someone who expected to wait until spring and got in on Thursday remembers who made that happen. First visits like that tend to become second, third, and tenth visits.
Nothing to install. Nothing to learn.
Front-office time is the scarcest thing in a dental practice. DentistTomorrow is designed to ask for almost none of it.
Start on the devices you already have
A browser is all it takes. Post from the front-desk tablet, a phone between patients, or the office computer.
Concierge, not another dashboard
Our team confirms each patient and sends you the details. Nobody at your front desk has to manage a queue or watch a screen.
Fits your day, not the other way around
Post an opening the moment it appears, or days ahead. Nothing to sync, nothing to remember, nothing to keep open in another tab.
First in line. Nothing at risk.
Pittsburgh goes live neighborhood by neighborhood, starting with 25 practices. Joining is free and takes about 30 seconds — the list sets the order.
A place in line as your neighborhood opens
We light up the metro neighborhood by neighborhood so patient density stays high. The waitlist sets who we call first when yours opens — and the first cohort is 25 practices.
Onboarding, go-live & training — waived
Every waitlist practice starts with setup, go-live, and team training at no charge. From day one, you pay only your plan.
Shortfall credits on every plan
Each plan carries a fill commitment. If a period comes up short, the difference rolls forward as credits — the value you paid for carries into the next period.
See it before you decide
Webinar and sandbox access walk your team through the exact workflow above — the tablet, the patient's phone, the confirmed patient card — before you commit to anything.
Five plans. One rule:
pay for kept, net-new patients.
A flat ≈$145 per kept, net-new patient across the ladder. You list two openings for every fill committed. Cancellations inside 48 hours can be posted too — they don't count toward your listing requirement, but if we fill one, it counts toward your period's fills. Come up short in a period, and the difference rolls forward as credits.
The rollout the list is sequenced against — planning targets, not forecasts.
What's one net-new patient a week worth to you?
Not a pitch on price — just the arithmetic, with your numbers.
One a week is a modest goal — a single filled cancellation.
Every practice has its own number — the first cleaning, the restorative work that follows, and the years after that. Use yours.

DentistTomorrow Pittsburgh is raising $160,000 for 20% at an $800,000 valuation — four founding blocks of 5%, built to be held by practices on this waitlist. Block I is held. Three remain.

Introductions
Favorable introductions to trusted dentists in other, geographically non-competitive metros — the high-quality national ecosystem that lets us keep pricing affordable as we grow.
Founding-practice investors also receive preferential access, on a limited basis, to national shares at a 40% discount to the valuation other investors pay. The national plan: 25 metros by 2031, $10M+ ARR, a $100M target valuation — then multi-specialty. Pittsburgh founders are in at the start of that plan.
For discussion only; not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities — any offering is made solely through definitive documents. Figures are planning assumptions, not forecasts; DentistTomorrow Pittsburgh has no operating history, and an early-stage investment can lose its entire value. DentistTomorrow is a care-access platform; it does not own, acquire, or partner in dental practices.

Waitlist practices go live first as their neighborhood opens — with onboarding, go-live, and training waived. If a founding block interests you, say so, and Armando follows up personally.
- You're sequenced into the Pittsburgh rollout, neighborhood by neighborhood
- Webinar and sandbox access, so your team sees the exact workflow first
- Go live only when you're ready — the waitlist itself commits you to nothing
- Flag a founding block and the conversation starts with Armando, not a sales team
You're in.
Your practice is on the Pittsburgh waitlist.
- 1Check your email — your confirmation is on its way.
- 2If you shared your mobile, we'll text you when your neighborhood is next.
- 3When your neighborhood opens, you go live with onboarding and training waived.
Before you join
Do we have to change or connect our practice management software?+
No. You post openings from any browser — nothing to install, nothing to sync. Calendar integration is on our roadmap, but it isn't required to get started, and the workflow you saw above works on day one.
What does the patient actually see?+
A text with the time, appointment type, neighborhood, and insurance fit — not your practice name. When they claim the opening, they get your name, address, directions, and intake forms. That way the people who confirm have committed to the time, not just browsed it.
What exactly do we pay for?+
A kept, net-new patient — nothing else. Plans run per four-week period with a fill commitment: Basic is $595 for 4 fills, up to Top at $5,995 for 40, a flat ≈$145 per fill across the ladder. If a period comes up short, the difference rolls forward as credits.
What does joining the waitlist commit us to?+
Nothing. It's free, it sets your place in the go-live order, and it waives onboarding, go-live, and training when your neighborhood opens. You choose a plan only when you're ready to go live.
What is a founding block?+
5% of DentistTomorrow Pittsburgh. Four blocks make up a $160,000 raise at an $800,000 valuation, each carrying service credits against your own subscription from Period 5. Block I is already held; Blocks II–IV remain — $37,500, $42,500, and $45,000, with $20,000, $22,500, and $25,000 in credits respectively. This page is for discussion only; any offering happens solely through definitive documents, after counsel's review.
What do founding practices commit beyond capital?+
Two things. Chairs: reserve regular times on your schedule for DentistTomorrow to fill, growing your own net-new patient base while the model proves out. Introductions: favorable intros to trusted dentists in other, non-competitive metros — the ecosystem that keeps quality high and pricing affordable as we grow.
Is this an offer to invest?+
No. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. It describes the opportunity for discussion; investor documents follow counsel's review. Figures are planning assumptions, not forecasts, and an early-stage investment can lose its entire value.
